Here at Crave Lifestyle we are all about balance. Pilates is a great exercise for people of all ages and abilities, but we still recommend getting in your dose of cardio and strength training from other sources as well. Whatever your current exercise regime includes, why not try adding in a Pilates session with Courtney and see how far you improve.

Our lead Pilates instructor, Courtney Ogle, is passionate about all things Pilates and encourages everyone to give it a go. From young to old, from super-fit to those just starting their health journey, or from dancers to dads, the guided practice of Pilates can benefit everyone in their daily lives. Performed correctly, Pilates can help to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, helping to achieve a lean and toned appearance.

Courtney will guide you through a series of movements that will help you increase your core strength, flexibility and awareness of your body in space. Courtney will help you to improve your form and technique and you will work together to perform these movements with precision and control.

Crave Lifestyle - Courtney Ogle

After experiencing a spinal disc injury, Courtney got involved with Pilates as part of her rehabilitation programme. She found that not only did it help to reduce her lower-back pain, but it also helped to alleviate aches and pains that came from being sedentary too long while working a 9-5 desk job. It gave her an outlet to calm her mind and reduce stress, while improving strength and mobility.

Experiencing such success with Pilates, Courtney wanted to be able to offer the same opportunity to others and became a qualified Mat Pilates instructor. Courtney firmly believes that Pilates can be beneficial to anyone that is willing to try it. She recommends that you add it to your existing training regime as a way to improve your results and wellbeing.

Courtney has a passion for working with people and loves the chance to help you reach your goals. She takes the time to work with you at your current level, and motivates and guides you to improve your Pilates technique and strength. Courtney loves to help clients see the benefits of Pilates firsthand, and watch them progress and transform.
