All of our holidays are about choice and finding enjoyment. We don't force you to take part in anything, but make sure we have lots on offer in case you want to. Our days include several training sessions and styles, pilates and yoga, educational sessions, water sports, one on one training, cultural adventures and heavenly spa treatments. 

We have made sure that the holiday allows you to have as much time to yourself each day that you would like, to make the most of the facilities, lie at the beach or in the pool, read or do whatever you please – after all, it is your holiday.

You don't need to be a fitness fanatic to enjoy a Crave Lifestyle retreat! It's all about having fun and enjoying your lifestyle. Our holidays are suitable for people of all fitness levels and we invite everyone to get involved.  Our expert trainers can adapt their training styles to suit any level and they will be there to encourage you to achieve every step of the way. 


Training sessions are varied, energetic and fun! Each session will vary, depending on which trainer you are working with. Our trainers are specialised in circuit training, HIIT, TRX (suspension training), Pilates, and will also run flexibility/recovery sessions. It doesn't matter how fit or unfit you are, in each training session you will have the chance to work at your own pace and we will be there to support you. Our expert trainers are able to tailor each session to suit all fitness levels and abilities. There is no pressure to attend any session that you don’t want to – ALL sessions are optional. 

To us, activity isn't just about traditional training though. We find balance with fun activities such as watersports or tennis, and these go a long way to achieving that healthy lifestyle. 


There will be a range of activities available each day for you to get involved in if you wish. These include non-motorised water sports, spa time, relaxing on the beach, local village tours, beach games or an optional personal training session* for those that really want to train hard on holiday! You could spend every spare moment in the water, sunbathing poolside, or engrossed in your favourite book or magazine - the choice is completely yours.
