We've got 4 weeks left until Crave Fiji and this week were are stepping up our exercise with some cross training. Learn all about the benefits of cross training, and in particular the positive impact that Pilates can have on your current exercise routine. Time to mix things up and see real results.

Six weeks down and six weeks to go until we are gracing the warm, sunny shores of Natadola Bay for Crave Fiji. And what better way to get ready for the beach than with a solid leg workout!

With only 8 weeks to go until Crave Fiji, we are getting creative and adding different variations into our workouts to keep challenging ourselves - and to find exercises some fun for you all to do with us in Fiji!

But we thought why wait? Let's share the fun around! So here it is team, the swiss ball press up is a great addition to the standard press up. We have included multiple variations to suit you depending on your fitness level, or if you're just starting out you have levels to progress to.
