While we're off to Fiji soon to do this workout on the white sandy shores of Natadola Bay, you can join in wherever in the world you may be.

This week it's all about pushing yourself that little bit further, always striving for improvement. 

No need for a gym or any equipment, this workout can be done anywhere that you have a little bit of space. So put on your favourite energetic tunes and get sweaty!

The long sunny days and warm summer nights provide the perfect opportunity for us all to be squeezing a little more activity into our day - but that definitely doesn't have to be stuck inside a gym! 

Some of our favourite bits of summer fun can also be a great way of burning off extra energy from the highly calorific food that we indulge in over the silly season. See how many calories you will burn by completing just 30 minutes of these fun activities. 

How many minutes will you need on the stand up paddleboard will you need to take care of that last glass of wine or extra piece of chocolate? SUP not your style? There are plenty of other activities to choose from - it's up to you.
