It's our final instalment in the Crave Fiji Countdown! This week we have pulled together a workout focusing on supersets, because after 12 weeks you're surely superhumans by now. 

While we're off to Fiji soon to do this workout on the white sandy shores of Natadola Bay, you can join in wherever in the world you may be.
