12 Week Countdown To Crave Fiji: Week 2 - Jumping for joy

Only two weeks to go. Fourteen days! When did that happen?! We’ve been so excited about counting down to our next Crave Fiji retreat, but now that it is just around the corner it feels like it has sprung from nowhere.

 

With all this “jumping for joy” excitement, and “sprung from nowhere” surprise, it seems only natural that we would put together a workout with a whole lot of jumping action. You know what that means: burpees, lunges, squat jumps and more. Still excited? We are.

 

Warm up

  • 1km run
  • 4x 30sec planks

 

Workout

  • 4x 20 lunge jumps
  • 4x 15 hand walk outs
  • 4x 20 squat jumps
  • 4x 20 press ups
  • 1km run
  • 4x 50 crunches
  • 4x 20 burpees
  • 1km run
  • 4x 30sec (each side) planks

 

Cool down

  • 5min walk

 

We’re not going to lie, it’s not exactly a walk in the park. Maybe the cool down could be though. But hey, with Fiji just around the corner we want to be feeling our best, and after a workout like this you will be feeling on top of the world.

 

Make sure you stretch it out afterwards, stay hydrated, and have a well balanced meal to refuel.
