10. Dark Chocolate

Yes, dark chocolate! We’re putting this tasty treat in our Top 10. The cocoa helps with keeping your skin hydrated and is supplemented with sun protection properties helping to shield your skin from harmful rays, which is one of the major factors for your skin looking damaged and much older. Dark chocolate also has some powerful antioxidants that can help protect your skin from free-radical damage. This helps to keep your skin soft, fresh and supple for much longer.

Make sure you pick a good quality dark chocolate though – a block of dairy milk doesn’t quite fit the bill!

 

9. Soy Milk

A cup a day should keep hyper-pigmentation away leaving your complexion clearer. Protein can also help to keep skin tissues firm and the protein found in soy milk keeps these tissues hydrated and increases elasticity.
